Event Production

 

We produce special events for select clientele providing inclusive services such as imaging and concept, talent acquisition, complete production services and on-site staffing.

In the past seven years, our company has had the privilege of producing several major corporate events.

In 2007, we produced Stony Brook University's Eleventh Annual Cody Comedy Festival featuring Joey Kola, Ted Alexandro and Dan Wilson. It was the most successful fundraiser of all previous Cody Comedy Festivals!

We also ran clearances on The Peak's (101.7) Peak Performances charity CD benefitting the Westchester Food Bank program feeding the homeless throughout Westchester County, NY. Artists we worked with include The Fray, Aqualung, Augustana, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Shawn Colvin, Pat Dinizio, Warren Haynes, Aimee Mann, The Old 97s and Dar Williams.

In 2006, we produced The Doobie Bros for Embassy Suites Annual Corporate event at the Austin Hilton in Texas. We also presented Bobby Collins (HBO), Peter Bales and Brad Zimmerman (The Sopranos) as comic relief at the 10th Annual Cody Comedy Festival to benefit Stony Brook University Hospital's fundraising gala. We are incredibly proud to announce it broke all records for this particular fundraising event!

In 2005, we produced the comedy portion of Stony Brook University's Ninth Annual Cody Comedy Festival featuring Dan Wilson, Melvin George and Dan McTiernan.

In 2004, we had the pleasure of producing Music Player Network's BASS PLAYER LIVE event at The Park Central Hotel in New York City. This event celebrated the 15th Anniversary of Bass Player magazine showcasing celebrated bassists such as Will Lee, Anthony Jackson, Dave Ellefeson (Megadeth), Matt Rubano (Taking Back Sunday), Victor Bailey (Arturo Sandoval), Gail Ann Dorsey (David Bowie), Oskar Cartaya (Arturo Sandoval), Matt Garrison, Reggie Hamilton, Mike Pope and many others. Exclusive panels included The State of the Record Inustry: A View From The Inside featuring key major label A&R executives and two NARAS-sanctioned events: The Recording Academy's P&E Wing presents The Soul of Music: Bassists Important Role in Music Production and Grammy Bass Beat Roundtable: A Panel Discussion on the Present and Future State of Bass. In addition, companies as diverse as Fender, Ampeg, Lakland, D'Addario, Ashdown, Ibanez, Line 6, SAE, Grammy P and E Wing, Peavey, Samson, DR String/GK, Roland, Godlyke, Berklee College of Music, Aguilar, SWR and NY Bass Loft showcases their products and services for over one thousand guests over the two day event! The entire celebration was capped by a once-in-a-lifetime concert, held at the China Club/New York, featuring The Fab Faux, Anthony Jackson, Oskar Cartaya and Reggie Hamilton.

In May, we produced Stony Brook University's Ninth Annual Cody Comedy Festival featuring Wali Collins, Lenny Marcus, Buddy Fitzpatrick and Ted Alexandro.

In January, we produced Sinbad at the Hampton Inns Annual Coporate Gala event as well as Amy Grant and Vince Gill at Hilton Hotels Annual Corporate Meetings in New Orleans.

Additionally, we presented Tod Alejandro, Wali Collins, Lenny Marcus and Buddy Fitzpatrick for the Eighth Annual Cody Comedy Festival.

In 2003, we produced Kenny Loggins at UMDNJ's Musical Moments for MS at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark as well as Stony Brook's Seventh Annual Cody Comedy Festival benefitting Stony Brook Hospital featuring renowned comedians Todd Barry, Wali Collins, Greg Fitzsimmons and Bill Burr.

In 2002, our company produced the annual gala event for The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) featuring Gladys Knight and her revue.

From talent acquisition to on-site production needs, our company provided the essential requirements for what UMDNJ calls "the finest event they've enjoyed in the four year history of the gala."

Previously, Joe was involved in various productions including Lucent Technologies' worldwide showcase event featuring Ms. Natalie Cole and Sir John Barry with the Suisse Romande Orchestra in Geneva, Switzerland, Depeche Mode: 101 worldwide film premiere in Los Angeles, radio promotions with BBC One, the grand opening of Psycher, Tokyo's largest nightclub, starring Soul II Soul and Grace Jones, as well as impromptu live club performances featuring Brian Wilson, Prince, Elton John, Bruce Springsteen and Sting at the legendary China Club/Los Angeles.
